  • Keep Full Propane Service
    • Qualified customers must be current on their payments.
    • When your propane tank reaches 15-25%, a delivery is scheduled.
    • You will not be contacted in advance, and delivery will be made during our regular routed schedule
  • Will Call
    • We will not deliver propane until you call and request a fill (delivery).
    • We would appreciate you calling 3-5 days before you feel you need a delivery.
    • Our rule of thumb is when you reach 20%, a fill/delivery should be scheduled.
  • Summer Fill Program
    • Rud Oil offers a Summer Fill program from June 1 – July 31.
    • Details of the Summer Fill program are as follows:
      • Prices are subject to change at any time due to the fluctuating market and vary each year.
      • Your propane price will be locked in at the price it is on the day you order and we will deliver your propane on the next available route
      • All tanks will be filled to 80-85%. A partial fill will not receive the discount.
      • Your account must be current

Methods of Payment

• Personal Checks
  • We accept personal checks are our office or by mail. Payments by check can also be made to the driver at time of delivery.
• Credit Cards
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover payments in person or by telephone. Scheduled credit card payments can also be arranged.
• Cash or Money Order
  • We accept al types of money orders and cash.
• ACH Payments
  • Coming Soon, information on sign up.

Payment Schedule Options

• Pay On Delivery
  • Customers prefer to pay in full at the time of delivery or soon after. Rud Oil offers a 10 cent discount if paid in 10 days. A customer choosing this option must pay for a delivery in full within 30 days to avoid interest charges.
• Budget Billing
  • Some customers prefer to make monthly payments rather than paying a lump sum. In Budget program we can calculate a structured monthly payment based on your propane usage. This is on an approval basis only.
• Winter Pre-buy
  • Contract your propane for the HEATING season at a fixed rate.
  • Pre-buy contracts run Nov. 1 – March 31.
  • Details of Pre-buy Program are as follows:
    • You will be locked into the pre-buy price regardless of the current market price.
    • There is a minimum purchase of 250 gallons.
    • All pre-buy customers will be scheduled
    • All pre-buy gallons need to be delivered no later than March 31.
    • Your account must be current.
